The need of the hour is to act upon the agreement that India committed, not chest thumping? How can you reduce the emission intensity by 30 to 35% over 2005 levels by 2030, when your primary source of energy will depend on coal for next 20-23 years? The contradictory Indian policies actually expose the hypocrisy.
